ParFoundry Golf return and refund policy

Request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Our products are fulfilled by supplier partners, and we will coordinate the correct return instructions and return label. Do not send returns to our business address or an address on the package without authorization.

Items should be returned with their included accessories and original packaging where possible. Tell us about the condition of the item when requesting your return. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us promptly and include photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Under our current return policy, we do not charge a return-label fee or a restocking fee. We will confirm the return instructions and refund details when your return is arranged.

After the supplier receives and processes the return, the approved refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you need an update.

For bundles, tell us which components you wish to return before shipping them. Refunds reflect the amount paid for the returned items, including any bundle discount.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation depends on the supplier’s processing status and cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
